Who is AIVIATION LLC?
AIVIATION LLC is an independent iOS app studio building tools for pilots. We make RegBrief (FAR/AIM reference), WilcoAI (ATC readback practice), ChartBrief (IFR chart briefing), Checkride.bot (oral exam prep), and Clearance AI (ATC transcription). Apps are built for pilots, by pilots.
How do I contact support?
Email support@aiviation.dev for any app. We typically respond within 1–2 business days.
How do I cancel a subscription (RegBrief)?
Go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Select RegBrief Pro and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of the current billing period. You can also visit reportaproblem.apple.com to manage or dispute charges.
How do I request a refund for an in-app purchase?
All in-app purchases are processed by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the purchase, and select Report a Problem. Apple handles all refunds per their refund policy.
Are your apps available on Android?
All AIVIATION LLC apps are currently iOS only. They rely on Apple-specific frameworks (Speech Recognition, Foundation Models, StoreKit) that require native iOS development. Android versions are not currently planned.
