AIviation LLC ("we," "us") is the developer of three iOS aviation apps: Checkride.bot, RegBrief, and Clearance AI. This policy covers the aiviation.dev website. Each app has its own privacy policy linked below.
2. This Website
The aiviation.dev website is purely informational. We do not use analytics or tracking, do not place cookies, and do not collect any data from website visitors. If you email us, we retain that correspondence to respond to you.
3. Our Apps — Privacy by Design
Each app has its own dedicated privacy policy. Our general approach: collect only what's necessary, keep it on your device when possible, and never sell your data.
Checkride.bot
Collects device UUID, purchase records, and exam session data on AWS. Microphone used for voice input; audio deleted after transcription.

Fully offline. AIviation collects no data. Notes and highlights stay on your device. Optional iCloud sync handled by Apple.
