Plans

Niner has two plans: Free and Niner Plus.

Restore a purchase

Open Niner and tap Restore Purchases, which is in Settings, and also on the paywall.

Cancel Niner Plus

Open the Settings app, tap your name (your Apple ID), tap Subscriptions, tap Niner Plus, and tap Cancel Subscription. Or open https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Free has no subscription to cancel. Refund requests go through Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com.

On iPhone

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap your name at the top (your Apple ID).
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Tap Niner Plus.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription.

On the web

Open https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.

Refunds

Refund requests go through Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com.
